The ASSKEA ped S

The ped S is perfectly tailored to the needs of children to ensure a thorough and reliable extraction within the trachea.  This innovative and particularly quiet device even enables the trachea treatment in infants with its special device components.

The ped S operates virtually noiselessly and vibration-free at just 35 dB (A), greatly reducing the stress of extraction in children.  No comparable device offers such quiet operation.

A power supply unit is provided with the device, which can be used for stationary operation.  As the device also features an internal battery, it can also be used as a mobile device as required.  The ped S is compact and lightweight, which further facilitates portable use.

Using the digital user interface, the suction strength and area can be adjusted precisely in 5-mbar increments.  This facilitates a precise treatment according to the viscosity of the secretion and the individual needs of the patient.

The ped S menu is highly intuitive.  The device also offers electronic vacuum monitoring by indicating the current device status via the background colour.  The device alerts when the secretion container is full.  This guarantees a precise and very safe treatment for the patient.

The ped S can be used with both disposable and reusable secretion container systems. A special, integrated filter can be used for a particularly high level of hygiene.  The DFS® Double Filtration System protects the interior of the device against contamination.

A variety of accessories for the ped S are available for stationary operation, for example a bed mount or a stand.
